Those are the words a buyer said to me today. I couldn’t help but smile. Hearing things like that is an awesome compliment and just highlights what people do not want – pushy salespeople. Our role as a real estate professional (and this is strictly my opinion) is not to “sell” you a home but to advise you, educate you and empower you with the information necessary to make the best decision you can make with the dollars at your disposal.
Coercing someone into a decision is not my business style nor the basis that our business is built upon. Frankly, it’s gotta work for you or it doesn’t work at all. So don’t let someone
you around. If the decision does not make you comfortable then say no.
