      October Cape Coral Market

      A natural fluctuation in the market, sales prices for October decreased $7,900 on average over September. As we normally see this time of year inventory is increasing as season begins and many people place their home on the market in hopes to capture snowbird interest. Continuing a trend for the last few months, total number of sales has declined slightly month over month.

      The October 2019 Cape Coral market report represents all sales that occurred within city limits during the month of October and are based on averages. Each zip code is represented with total number of sales for both single family homes and condos, the percentage of distressed sales that closed from the total number of sales and average list price to sales price ratio.
